Seinen Ärger zeigte er nicht. Er hatte genau diese Situation vermeiden wollen. Deshalb hatte er über einen Mittelsmann im Bazar die Nachricht streuen lassen, dass sein Laden zu kaufen war. Er wollte alles geräuschlos über die Bühne bringen. Doch das war gründlich missglückt. Die Asadis hatten offensichtlich ihre Informanten, und nun kamen sie, einer nach dem anderen und stellten ihm alle dieselbe Frage. „Du willst verkaufen?“
